North Portland, a.k.a. NoPo, is the elusive fifth quadrant.
Yes, you read that correctly. North Portland has undergone tremendous changes in the last few years, most of them very positive. N. Williams is now positively brimming with exciting shops, restaurants and culture. The Mississippi area is alive with fascinating shops, where you can find everything from Malaysian finishing salts to that vintage chandelier you’ve always wanted.
And FOOD! NoPo is rapidly becoming a great spot for food, whether it’s Gluten Free friendly or not.
